The Polo Training Foundation (PTF) annually holds a Polo College Fair. Due to COVID, both the 2020 and 2021 College Fairs were held virtually. The PTF is planning to return to an in-person College Fair for the Fall of 2022.
The college fairs are a great opportunity for high school players to meet the coaches and learn about their respective schools and polo programs.
• In 2019, 40+ high school players participated in the college fairs.
• Most college polo programs are not funded by the NCAA or by the colleges/universities; thus, there is little to no official recruiting of the players.
• These PTF college fairs are crucial to the visibility of high school players because they are the only official forum for high school players to meet with college coaches, learn about their respective academic programs and polo opportunities, and play an exhibition game in front of the coaches and representatives.
Let’s make something great together.
